What Happens to the Brooklyn Terminal

Virgin Voyages announced in March that it is relocating its New York departures from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The stated reason involves infrastructure work at Manhattan's Pier 90 that has made the berth unable to accommodate cruise ships.
