Conseils d'initiés

Ce que les croisiéristes expérimentés auraient aimé savoir

Wi-Fi

Streaming (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) is not included — upgrade costs ~$35-40/day. Third and fourth guests must purchase separate logins.

Toutes les boissons

Both guests in the same stateroom must choose the same amenity. The choice must be made by final payment and cannot be changed. Cocktails and spirits are never included — only wine and beer.

Pourboires

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all bar purchases, spa services, and other onboard extras. Pre-Oct 2024 bookings may not include gratuities.

Service en chambre

Continental breakfast can be delivered on a set schedule, but hot items and full meals may have longer wait times during peak hours.

Restaurants de spécialité

Reservations fill up quickly on popular itineraries — book early through the app or risk limited availability, especially at Jacques.

Annulation

Cancellation 60 days or less before departure forfeits 100% of cruise fare. As of July 2024, government taxes and fees are also non-refundable at 100% penalty.

Changement de politique

Oceania removed the automatic beverage package and shore excursion credit in late 2024 when switching to 'Your World Included.' Older promotions no longer apply to new bookings.

Pourboires

While base gratuities are included, a 20% service charge is automatically added to spa treatments, bar tabs, and mini-bar purchases.

Réservation

Unused shipboard credits and spa credits are non-transferable and non-refundable — they expire at the end of the voyage.

Note du navire

Intimate luxury ship ideal for food lovers and culture seekers. Oceania's renowned cuisine includes Jacques Pépin-inspired menus across 4 open-seating restaurants. Small ship size means access to boutique ports larger ships can't reach.
